With Service Protection, we guarantee your transfer even in case of unforeseen events, such as mechanical failures or driver unavailability. Without this option, in the event of unexpected issues, your service may be canceled or subject to price adjustments.

However, unexpected situations may arise that are beyond our control, such as mechanical failures, driver illness, severe traffic delays, or other unforeseen events. In such cases, MyTourTrieste takes all necessary steps to guarantee your service, including arranging alternative transportation through third-party providers. Since the pricing of these external services is not within our control, covering these costs can result in additional expenses.
To mitigate these risks and ensure uninterrupted service, we offer an optional insurance plan for a flat fee of €105. This insurance guarantees that, in case of service disruptions due to unforeseen circumstances, an alternative transfer will be provided at no extra cost to the insured customer.
Customers who choose not to purchase insurance are not guaranteed service coverage in the event of a proven inability to execute the transfer. In such cases, they will be contacted and informed about the price difference required to secure an alternative service. If they decline to cover the additional cost, the reservation will be canceled, and any deposit paid will be refunded.
This optional service ensures that in case of unforeseen events, your transfer will be covered by an alternative provider at no additional cost. This is not an insurance policy and does not cover damages, personal injury, or accidents.
After booking the service, we will contact you via email to arrange the transfer in the best way possible. Once everything is confirmed, you will receive a payment link for the deposit, and the remaining balance can be paid directly to the driver.
